1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vocarim ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vocarim provides AI-powered sales practice simulations that enable users to practice sales conversations with virtual customer personas. The Service includes voice-based interactions, call transcriptions, and performance tracking features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Usage is measured in minutes of AI conversation time
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vocarim and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including custom contacts and product descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Call Recordings and Transcripts

All practice calls are recorded and transcribed for your review and improvement. These recordings are stored securely and are only accessible by you. We do not share your call data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vocarim, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vocarim operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
